Korg released a new iPad app called Gadget. It has 15 virtual synthesizers and drum machines that you can combine in many creative ways.

KORG Gadget gives you 15 compact synthesizers and drum machines. Each Gadget can function as the core of your electronic music productions. Korg says that with an iPad 4 or iPad Air you can get somewhere between 12 and 20 instruments all playing at the same time. The synths are created for producing all forms of electronic music. Each synth offers a keyboard featuring a Scale function that makes it impossible to play wrong notes. KORG Gadget mostly uses the vertical orientation with the screen divided vertically in two halves. According to Korg this allows you to simultaneously control your song creation and sound creation.

The songs you create can be exported as audio data or shared on “GadgetCloud,” a music sharing site for KORG Gadget users based on SoundCloud. You can also upload from KORG Gadget directly to any social networking service such as SoundCloud, Facebook, or Twitter.
