Live 9.1 Update Released by Ableton

Ableton today released Live 9.1. The update provides several significant new features and many updates and improvements.

With this new version you can now open two windows simultaneously on one or two monitors. You could for instance have the Session View and Arrangement open together or the sample display and Midi Note Editor. Live 9.1 also comes with a new rendering algorithm that provides better quality audio when exporting from higher to lower sample rates. Next to these improvements, many bugs have been fixed.

Push has also been updated and Push users get new melodic step sequencing possibilities with Live 9.1. All parameters that can be automated in Live can now be step-sequenced and edited directly from Push encoders.

More info can be read in the Live 9.1 full release notes. The 9.1 update is free for existing Live 9 users and can be downloaded from your Ableton account.
