Applied Acoustics Systems released an update to their Ultra Analog VA-1, the new Ultra Analog VA-2 synthesizer.

Next to a completely new interface, new features are an overhauled factory library with more than 600 sounds for many different production styles. A new library manager. Improved effects and additional Compressor and equalizer effects. A new output limiter to experiment with sounds without having to worry about either your ears or your monitors.

Ultra Analog VA-2 is AU VST and AAX 64-bit compatible. That last one should be good news for Pro Tools 11 uesers.

The plugin costs $149 US down from $199 US for a limited time. Existing VA-1 users can upgrade for $29 US for a limited time only ($39 US normal upgrade price)
