Maschine Studio controller and 2.0 software announced

Native-instruments today announced the new Maschine Studio hardware controller and Maschine 2.0 software.

The new Maschine hardware is a bigger unit with a new edit section, 2 high resolution color screens, a large jog/scroll wheel and a level section with stereo metering. The larger screens provide visual feedback of Maschine’s 2.0 new Sample and Pattern/Scene editors, Mixer section and tag based browser plus more.

The 2.0 software delivers many of the user requested features like multicore cpu support, improved tag based browsing, an audio mixer window with full plugin GUI support, better sample editing, better Komplete integration, new Drum Synths, improved undo functionality, lots of more presets and much more.

The Maschine 2.0 software will be fully compatible with MK1, MK2 and Mikro hardware. It will be available on November 1st. Studio will cost $ 999 US and includes the 2.0 software. Existing users will be able to upgrade to the new software for $ 99 US. More information is available at Native-Instruments’ website.
