Blue Cat Audio has released version 1.3 of their Patchwork plug-in that now includes Audio Units hosting.
This new version of Patchwork mainly brings Audio Unit hosting for Mac users. This gives Pro Tools and Cubase for example access to Audio Unit plug-ins. Other enhancements are copy and paste functionality that simplifies moving plug-ins in the signal chain or between applications. Several compatibility and performance improvements have also been included in this new release.
Patchwork is a universal patchbay plug-in that can host up to 64 VST or Audio Unit plug-ins in any Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) in one plug-in instance.
You can chain effects in series or create up to 8 parallel chains that can be switched on or off independently. This makes it easy to build your favorite effects or instruments configurations within the plug-in. The configurations can be saved as presets and recalled instantly.
Patchwork is available as in Mac AAX, AU, RTAS, and VST formats. Windows users can use, AAX, DX, RTAS, and VST formats.
