Native-Instruments Releases Maschine 2.0

Native Instruments today released the highly anticipated Maschine 2.0 software and Maschine Studio controller.

Maschine 2.0 software has received a major overhaul with a new but familiar user interface and lots of new effects and instruments. One of the many sought after features now available is multi-core support. This allows users to fully utilise the power of their computer’s multi core CPU.

Other new features are a new drum synth to create your own electronic and acoustic drum sounds, a new professional mixer with groups, modular routing, aux sends, and more. The new plugin strip allows you to fully edit the plugins inserted on a track with their own user interface. An improved sampler gives you easier and more powerful editing with zero-crossing detection, overlapping slices and new 8-point sample interpolation for the highest quality possible. And the list of new features goes on with an extended library, an improved browser including tag search functionality, new effects and instruments like REAKTOR PRISM, SCARBEE MARK I, and the SOLID BUS COMP, plus lots and lots more editing and functionality improvements.

Existing users can get their hands on the Maschine 2.0 update now for $99 US or €99. Buying one of the excellent Maschine hardware controllers will include the new Maschine 2.0 software. Visit Native Instruments’ website for more information.
